Separation Part 1

Rolling along memory lane again. 

This time with an intent to draw parallels from past separations to our time now living in a pandemic. 

We've all been asked to isolate. Separate from each other. It's been hard for a lot of us, to learn how to live a new way. But there are places in our past that we can draw from and remember that this too shall pass. 

Memory

We remember. 

We recall our first memories and what it was like to grow up in small-town Louisiana. Where the weather is muggy and the recollection just as cloying. 

We discuss religion and how the church molded us, or bored us, in those first days of spiritual and cultural awakenings.
